Hi, can you provide binaries for this? Something like an appimage would be helpful.

Have you considered integrating SpoonsorBlock? https://github.com/ajayyy/SponsorBlock/wiki/API-Docs It can cut out non-music segments and anything that isn't just the main content, which in this case would be the music itself.

Any chance for an Android version? The official app sometimes has massive problems with decoding some tracks, resulting in shutting down the entire phone due overheating. Very annoying while driving and navigation app running.

General instructions on how to build KDE software can be found in the community wiki. I plan to provide a ready to use flatpak after the initial stable release.

AudioTube requires Qt 5.15 to compile. I have clarified the version requirement in the build system now. If your system doesn't have Qt 5.15, you can build the included flatpak recipe instead.

Based on the screenshots, it looks like a nice project. But are you aware of the existing projects MusicPiped (for Android) and mps-youtube (for Linux, Windows and macOS)?

I didn't know the two projects you mentioned, but they seem to have different aims as one is targetting the terminal and one is targetting android. Regarding code reuse, I already used a library, so there's not much to be improved there
